It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Pellegrino Ferraro, on May 13, 2025, at the age of 75.
Beloved husband for 24 years of Silja Makinen, cherished father of Vittoria (Seymour), Nicola (Amy), Teresa and Alessandro, devoted grandfather of Dante, Marcus, Darius, Alyssa and Lauren. He will also be deeply missed by his sisters Concetta and Carmela (Vincenzo) and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, May 23, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday, May 24, 2025 as of 11:00 am at: Yves Légaré funeral complex: 7200 Newman Blvd in LaSalle.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 12:30 pm in the Chapel of the complex, and thence, to the Rideau Memorial Garden Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses of the Palliative care unit of the Jewish General Hospital, CLSC of LaSalle and Aux Trois Sentiers.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to Aux Trois Sentiers at-home palliative care services would be appreciated.
