GAGNON, Jeannine (1937-2026)
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jeannine Gagnon on April 18, 2026, at the age of 89.
Jeannine was the wife of Jean-Pierre Bacha. She was a devoted mother to Pierre, Nathalie (Vincent), and David (Francine), and a proud grandmother to Joshua (Jennifer), Logan, Kate, and Charlie, who brought her immense joy. She will also be fondly remembered by Alden, as well as her nephew Carle, and nieces Kathleen,Margaret, Ann Marie, Stefanie and Anastasia
Jeannine will be remembered for her warmth, quiet strength, and the love she shared with her family and all who knew her.
The family will receive condolences on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 12:00 pm (noon) to 2:30 pm at the Yves Légaré Funeral Complex, 123 Maple Street, Châteauguay. A prayer meeting will be held the same day in the funeral parlor from 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the CLSC Châteauguay, Petrina, and the doctors and nurses at Hôpital Anna-Laberge for their compassionate care and support.
