It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Giuseppina Prevete, on November 22, 2025, at the age of 88.
Cherished mother of Danny (late Maria), Johnny (Tanya), and Enza (Mark). Devoted grandmother of Holli, Jessica (Marco), Veronica (Manvir), Adam (Kellie), Austin, Mikayla, Dayne, and Carly. She will also be deeply missed by her great-grandchildren Anna-Belle, Noah, Nora, and Naviano, as well as by many other relatives and friends.
Giuseppina was a woman who was always ready to give of herself to others. She brought help, warmth, and a positive touch to the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her kindness, generosity, and strength will be remembered forever.
The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, as of 9:00 am, at Yves Légaré Funeral Home, 123 Maple Blvd.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 11:00 am, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 295 McLeod Street, followed by burial at Montréal,Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and nurses at CHSLD La Prairie for their exceptional support and care.
