It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr Giovanni Durante, on April 30, 2025, at the age of 88.
Beloved husband for 42 years of the late Giovannina Di Lollo, cherished father of Anna (Michael) and Antonio (Antonietta), devoted grandfather of Jonathan, Samuel and Jesse (Joany). He will also be deeply missed by his great-granddaughter Addison, and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Friday, May 9 , 2025 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Yves Légaré funeral complex : 7200, Newman Blvd, LaSalle.
The funeral service will be held Friday, May 9, 2025, at 12:00 pm at Madre Di Cristiani Church : 7935 Rue Lefebvre, LaSalle.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the CHSLD Henri Bradet for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Montréal Alzheimer Society or Montréal Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
