It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Elisa Glave Sabatino, on May 27, 2025, peacefully and surrounded by her family at the age of 90.
Elisa was predeceased by her loving husband of 67 years Ferdinando Sabatino, and her dear son in law Jeffrey Robinson whom she adored. Elisa is survived by her daughters Teresa and Rosaria (Bill), her grandchildren Matthew (Stephanie) and Alexander. She was a gifted seamstress and an exceptional cook. She took great pride in her home and was selfless, always putting the needs of her family first, her mantra was "If my family is happy, then I am happy".
She was immensely proud of her family, taking great pleasure in their accomplishments and successes.
A forward thinker, a loyal friend, a beloved mother, Elisa was a remarkable woman who was dearly and deeply loved and will be profoundly missed. She has left a big void in our hearts.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, June 5, 2025 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm and Friday, June 6th as of 9:30am followed by a funeral service at 11:00am in the chapel at Yves Legare Complexe Lasalle, 7200, boul. Newman and thence to Notre-Dame-des-Neiges cemetary.
