Mr. Sicconi Michael Purrier was born on November 13, 1995, in the peaceful, beautiful parish of St. Ann, Jamaica to proud parents Norman Purrier and Mavene Higgins. He was the first born for both parents and they were filled with joy and great plans and expectations for their precious son.
In his early years in hope for a better and brighter future he migrated to Montreal to live with his father and step -mother who was very protective of him and ensured that he had a stable and happy environment to strive in.
Sicconi attended Thorndale Elementary, and (Riverdale High School and Pierrefonds Comprehensive High)where he excel his in academics. He was smart but stubborn and was not easily influenced by other nor succumbed to peer pressure by his friends. In his late teen Sicconi developed a passion for basketball , all genres of music (some of his favorite singers included Bob Marley, Drake and Two Chainz) he love fast and luxury cars especially BMW. He would lock away in his room for hours playing video games and he took these games very seriously and considered himself an expert who was unbeatable.
He began working at Wendy’s on December 13, 2021 up to the time of his death. He was a dedicated and hardworking employee and tried never to miss work because he likes to buy various gadgets so he didn’t want his salary to be short. He was a very loving and caring individual with a huge heart. His younger sister, A’Sharia would look forward to his visits, as he enjoyed playing with her. They had a special bond with each other, she love her talk, handsome brother. He ensured that he visited his Dad on Father’s Day which demonstrated how much he loved and appreciated him.
On September 13th Sicconi’s family and friends were devastated by his sudden passing which left a void in our hearts. He lived a happy and vibrant life and was loved by many, with a bright future ahead of him. However, God had another plan for him. His death has also taught us that no one is ever too young to die and we should never take our loved ones for granted. We should always stay in close contact with each other.
Despite this tragedy, his family can only cherish the wonderful memories we have for short time he had here on earth. He has departed far too soon.
We will miss him, but we will remember the good times and the laughter, his memories will continue to live on through his dear parents, Norman Purrier and Marvene Higgins and Step-mom, Alena Dainty Purrier, his precious siblings: Sekonna Purrier, Fidel Purrier, Akijah Leith Purrier, Kalan-Jameer Leith Purrier, A'Sharia Purrier, Edwill-Ali Purrier, Malik Lewis, Shadae Lee, Keopaki Lee, Chin-Sue Lee, Tariq Lee, grandfather Jethro V.
