It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Russell Carter, on january 16, 2024, at the age of 80.
Beloved husband for 51 years of Anna Homan Carter, brother of Herbert Carter (Helga) and Linda Desmarchais (Jimmy) also brother-in-law to André Homan (Feriel). Loving uncle of Aggie Eder (Yvan Thuot), Richard, Nancy, Stacie and Tanya Desmarchais.
The family will receive condolences on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Lakeshore General Hospital for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to your favourite charity would be appreciated to commemorate Mr Russell James Carter.
