WALLACE, Marie-Louise (affectionately known as Lulu or Louise).
Following a brief illness with cancer, Louise passed away peacefully on January 14, 2025 at the age of ninety-two.
She will be greatly missed by her children Mike (Linda), Doug, Marty (Lucy), Debra, and Patty (Donald), as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and numerous family and friends to whom she opened her heart and home.
Visitation will take place on Friday, January 24th, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and on Saturday, January 25th, 2025 beginning at 10:00 a.m., followed by dedications and funeral service at 10:30 a.m., at Yves Legare Funeral Complex in Chateauguay, 123 Maple Blvd., Chateauguay, QC, J6J 3P9.
In her early career, Louise served in the Royal Canadian Air Force, as a Leading Airwoman, based in Chatham, N.B. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Last Post Fund National Field of Honour would be welcomed and greatly appreciated at: lastpostfund.ca
