Croney, Ivester 1935 - 2024
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Ivester Croney, on June 17, 2024, at the age of 88.
Beloved husband for 61 years of the late Lucille Bourne, cherished father of Hubert (Sheila), Ritchie (Catherine), devoted grandfather of Nikyla, Malik and Mathias. He will also be deeply missed by his great-grandchildren Isabella, Dallas and Kinsley, sisters Marguerita (Roger), Wydott (Victor), Marcia and many relatives and friends.
The funeral will take place at Maplewood Presbytarian Church, on July 13 at 11:00 a.m. and thence, to the Christ-Roi Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Foundation Hôpital Anna-Laberge would be appreciated.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Cornwall Hospital for their wonderful support and care.

Condolences to the family
My sincere condolences on passing of Ivester, or simply Croney as I knew him. He was my first real boss who's sayings and lessons he taught me I still use to this day. He had a great work ethic, loved his family, always tried his hardest for people, and a big heart no matter how tough he sometimes tried to be! Rest in peace my old friend.
