It is with great sadness that the family announces that Evelina Piperni (born Tozzi), a loving wife and mother, peacefully slipped away on February 2, 2024.
Evelina will be greatly missed by her cherished son Vincenco and loving daughter-in-law, Carla. Leaving to mourn are her loving sister Adriana Floria, nieces, nephews, god-children, and many friends. The family is especially grateful to Dr. Jose Morais for his service during the many years of their friendship.
Evelina was a natural extrovert who was passionate about living. She was highly intelligent, spontaneous, full of energy, perceptive, wise and especially loving. She loved to learn and was self-taught on many different topics. She especially enjoyed gardening, singing, and socializing with her many friends.
Visitation services will be held at the Yves Légaré Funeral Home, 7200 Newman Blvd, LaSalle on Tuesday, February 6 from 6 pm to 9 pm, and on Wednesday, February 7 at 10:30 am. The funeral service will be held at the Madre dei Cristiani church, 1600 rue Thierry, LaSalle on Wednesday, February 7 at noon.
In lieu of flowers, donations can kindly be made to the Montreal Children's Hospital or the charity of your choice.
