It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Elias Plagakis, on July 1, 2024, at the age of 93.
Beloved husband of Konstantina Gerasimou Plagakis, cherished father of Voula (John) and Spiro (Georgia), devoted grandfather of George (Georgia), Elias, Emilia, Nikolas-Elias. He will also be deeply missed by his sister Konstantina (predeseased by his brother-in-law Taki), his brothers Kostas (Sofia), Panagiotis (Vasiliki), ,his sister-in-law Fotini ( predeceased by his brother John), nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Peter Hall School Foundation would be appreciated.

I was so sad to hear of his passing, but happy he has been set free... Our condolences to his wife, Spiro, Voula and the whole family and his friends. Going over to Spiro's on Guertin I was always blessed to be given a lesson of any subject by his dad. I was always amazed how he knew everything about everything. A modern day Plato.... thank you...
