I was fortunate in knowing Denis as a fellow Math teacher at Fr. Mac. He will always be remembered as a true friend. Rest in Peace, Denis. Stephen McM., July, 2024
Denis was a great friend! We go back at least 20 years to our days of teaching at Centennial College. I always looked forward to our monthly pool-hall get-togethers as well as discussions with The Tippy about our NFL picks. Rest in peace, Denis.
At this difficult time in your life, we are thinking of you and wishing you comfort ❤️ and peace. We will always remember Denis as a very kind, cheerful and ambitious professional. May he rest in Peace Diane and Jan

Sorry for your troubles Ms Helen, Nora, Marc and family. Denis was the best. I enjoyed sharing our space on Painter Circle and the times we had as young lads out on our own back in the late 60's early 70's . We went our seperate ways but kept in touch, Thanks Ms Helen for connecting Denis and me in the video call a couple weeks ago. May Denis Rest in Peace.

Le décès d'un mari, d'un frère, d'un oncle et d'un grand-père laissera un grand vide dans vos vies. Je vous offre mes plus sincères condoléances et vous souhaites le courage nécessaire pour passer ce triste moment. Monette
I am shocked and saddened to hear that Denis has died. He was my best and most dependable friend during my year in Montreal. He was a constant source of inspiration, wise advice and insights that helped shape my later life. I am sorry that I did not keep in touch and I have always regretted not spending a few more years in Montreal under Denis's influence. He was a man of integrity, loyalty, generosity and compassion. I utterly trusted Denis and he never let me down. He never expected thanks and I only wish I had contacted him particularly in the past few years to convey my thanks and appreciation for his many kindnesses. I am utterly heartbroken to learn of his passing and I feel guilt for not communicating on a regular basis with such a great human being. My deepest condolences to all members of his family.
