Exchange and Reimbursement Policy
Applicable to all products sold through our website, except for flowers and floral arrangements
We are committed to providing you with quality products that have been manufactured according to rigorous standards. Our exchange and reimbursement policy is our satisfaction guarantee.
− The product you have ordered is not available
If the product ordered is not available, we will contact you by phone to inform you of the situation. If applicable, you may cancel or modify your order, as you prefer.
− Damaged product
If the product is damaged, you may have your purchase reimbursed or have the damaged product exchanged when you pick up your order. To make your claim, speak with one of our representatives on site. Make sure to have your purchase order number on hand.
No request for reimbursement or exchange will be accepted after you have taken possession of your order. It is your responsibility to verify the condition of the product before taking delivery of it.
– The product delivered is not the product you ordered
If the product delivered is not the product you ordered, you may claim a reimbursement of your purchase or exchange within seven (7) days following the moment you took delivery of your order, for as long as you return the product unused, in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
To make your claim, speak with one of our representatives on site or by phone (514-595-1500). Make sure to have your purchase order number on hand. No request for reimbursement or exchange shall be accepted after that time.
– The order was not delivered
In the event your order was not delivered on the agreed date, we shall reimburse you for the price of your purchase (initial price of purchase plus applicable taxes), provided you make your claim for reimbursement within thirty (30) days following your order’s initially scheduled date of delivery.

Delivery
All orders are delivered and shipped free of charge within seven (7) days following purchase. Orders can only be delivered to our funeral homes.
Your order will be delivered in time for the funeral service if said order was placed for a funeral service held at one of our funeral homes or on the desired delivery date if said order was not placed for a funeral service held at one of our funeral homes.
Order changes or cancellations
It is very simple to change or cancel an order. Contact us at 514-595-1500, and make sure to have your purchase order number on hand.
You may modify or cancel your order at most twenty-four (24) orders after making your purchase. Thereafter, it shall no longer be possible to modify or cancel your order.
Information Request
PERSONAL INFORMATION PROTECTION POLICY
Our website does not store any of the information communicated during a session. Your name and contact details are not stored on our servers.
However, if you make comments by e-mail, we reserve the right to collect this information for follow-up purposes. This information will not be shared with third parties, and you may request that it be removed from our archives at any time by contacting:
