Nirmalya Majumdar 1946-2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Nirmalya Majumdar, on November 26, 2024, at the age of 78.

Beloved husband of Gopa Ghose, cherished father of Anish (Erin) and Arnab, devoted grandfather of Mickey, Henry and Teddy. He will also be deeply missed by his sisters Dr. Manju Sarkar, Dr. Amal Sarkar, Anjali Mukherjee, Lakhi Bardhan and Gopa Sarkar, and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, December 1, 2024 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm at : Yves-Légaré, 7200 boulevard Newman in Lasalle.

Puja will be held at the funeral premises including a sharing of stories and memories of his life.
