It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr Andrzej Grzech, on october 13, 2024, at the age of 49.
Beloved husband for 19 years of Marie-Chantale Dechamps, cherished father of Zackary and Nicolas. He will also be deeply missed by his mother Janina (late Jan), sister Dorothy (Mark), his nephews Gabriel, William and many relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Verdun Hospital for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Diabetes Quebec Foundation would be appreciated.
