Palko, Lyubomyra 1938 - 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Lyubomyra Palko, on June 4, 2024, at the age of 85.

Beloved wife of the late Oleh Matsyukh, cherished mother of Maria (Roman) and Oleh (Evelina), devoted grandmother of Andrew and Alexander. She will also be deeply missed by her sister Ivanka and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, June 11th, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 12th, 2024, at 11:00 am at Holy Ghost Parish (Ukrainian) Church, 1795, Grand Trunk, and thence, to the St-Ange Cemetery in Lachine.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the GLEN and the Lasalle Hospitals for their wonderful support and care.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Help UA foundation, which relentlessly helps to complete the best pharmacies of our heroes in Ukraine, would be appreciated in her memory.
