Condolences to the family
Dear Larry and family My daughter Virginia just informed me of the passing of Linda. It was through Steve Ryan that she learned of this sad news. I knew she had been having treatments through our letters at Christmas time. Linda was so family oriented, keeping in mind thoughts about reunions, she graciously came to an event I had at my home in Lery, back in 2012. I so appreciated her presence. I will miss having her on my greetings this year, and as you will be spending your first Christmas without her, my thoughts, belated as they are will have her joy with you still. Time does have a way of healing, however long this takes for you all, memories of your life together was a blessing. Life itself is a gift, and when it has been spent, our creator God brings light where there is darkness, hope and renewed joy when it has been interrupted. The season is approaching to remind us our loved ones are here in spirit. May you know its peace. Norma
My sympathies to you all. Linda was a keeper of her family records, for which we, her second cousins, are grateful. Linda shared some history (Simpson and Mott) and photos of our great grandparents, with me over the past couple of years. May she rest in peace and may you experience peace and comfort during this time of grieving. Linda's second cousin, Virginia Allen (daughter of Norma Burdon)
