Michael Wai Tak Chan 1941-2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Michael Wai Tak Chan, on January 31, 2024, at the age of 82.

Beloved husband for 54 years of Estrellita De Ocampo, cherished father of Eleanor (Sean) and Catherine (Rémy), devoted grandfather Darius, Jade and Quinten. He will also be deeply missed by his brother Yau Tak (Jeanette) and his sister Lina (Richard) and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 from 12 pm to 2:30 pm and 4 pm to 8 pm, at Complexe Funéraires Yves Légaré Pierrefonds:

A funeral service will be held on Thursday February 8, 2024 at 11:00 am at St-Thomas Becket Church, 4320, rue Ste-Anne.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Maison de soins palliatifs Teresa Dellar for their wonderful support and care.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Teresa-Dellar Foundation would be appreciated.
