It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved babbo and nonno mimi, Domenico Michetti, on January 28, 2024, at the age of 92.
Beloved husband of Irene Cosenza for 63 years, cherished father of Giovanni (Teresa) , Anna (Mike) and devoted grandfather of Domenico (Maria), Gabriella (Michael), Oliver, Laura and Sophia and newly, a great grandfather to Giovanni.
He will also be deeply missed by his brother and best friend, Angelo (Liliane), his sisters in Italy, Filomena and Maria, as well as his nephews and nieces.
We would also like to recognize the great care extended to us in the final chapter of this great life by some outstanding caregivers: Stanley, Odion and Innocent.Our father was a selfless man, respected and loved by all who had the opportunity to know him. A kind and wise man, his smile was always present and reassuring. He will always be recognized as a pillar in the family who brought a sense of calm and peace to every situation, making many things possible for everyone. Babbo, our love for you is fierce and eternal. May you rest in peace looking over us all.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, February 5, 2024 from 2 pm to 5 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Yves Légaré Complex in Lasalle, 7200 Newman Blvd.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday February 6, 2024 at 10 am at Madre Dei Cristiani Church, 7935, rue Lefebvre, and thence, to the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
