It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Sebastiana (Nella) Missori Ciavaglia, on December 26, 2023, at the age of 70.
Beloved wife for 52 years of Pietro Ciavaglia, cherished mother of Lisa (Renato), Lucy, Cathy (Matthew) and Carla (Lucky), devoted grandmother of Kristina, Giuliano, Julia, Siena, Rocco, Lia and Camila-Nella. She will also be deeply missed by her brothers Rocco (Mary) and Joe (Paula) and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Monday, January 8, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and Tuesday, January 9, 2024 as of 9:30 am at the Yves Légaré Complex in Lasalle, 7200 Newman Blvd.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday January 9, 2024 at 11:00 am at Madre Dei Cristiani Church, 7935, rue Lefebvre, and thence, to the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors, nurses and support staff at the Jewish General Hospital, for their wonderful support and care over the past three years; with a special thank you to Dr. Petr Kavan and his team.
