It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Mr. Nicolas Papadakis, on September 8, 2024, at the age of 86.
He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 64 years Maria Prahali Papadakis, his children, Johnny (Jenny), Spiro (Roula), Afroditi (Claude), his grandchildren Maria (Giannino), Andrea, Catherine, Alexa, Antoine, and his great grandchild Giuseppe Romeo. He will also be deeply missed by his many relatives and friends. In our thoughts and in our souls he will always be immortal and remembered as a loving family man and a smiling friend to all, with a legendary and unparalleled joy for life.
The family will receive condolences on Monday, September 16, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday September 17, 2024 at 11:00 am at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, and thence, to the Notre-Dame-de-L'Espérance Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal for their wonderful support and care.
