Ioannis Kollias 1947-2024

 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Ioannis Kollias, on May 9, 2024, at the age of 76.

Beloved husband of Angeliki Skaltsis Kollias, cherished father of Christina (Mario), Peter (Melanie) and Lia (Nico), devoted grandfather of Rocco, Gianni, Angelina and Mariella. He will also be deeply missed by his sisters Pota (Nico), Soula (Pericle), Vasso (Dimitri) and Zoi, his brother Niko. nieces, nephews, cousins and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Complexe Yves Légaré Laval.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday May 14, 2024 at 10:00 am at Holy cross greek Orthodox ch Laval Church, , and thence, to the Notre-Dame-de-L'Espérance Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital Cité-de-la-Santé for their wonderful support and care.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
