Ioannis Alefantinos 1949-2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Ioannis Alefantinos, on January 4th, 2025, at the age of 75.

Beloved husband of Roula (Miritis) Alefantinos, cherished father of Elefterios (Melissa), Maria (Minas), and Nickolaos, devoted grandfather of Ioanna as well as his mother Maria. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings Andreas (Soula), Eleni, Haralambos (Yianna), Sofia, Elefterios (Koula), and Zoe, his in-laws Eleni, Ilias, Evridiki (Vasilis), and Jacovos as well as many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, January 15th, 2025 from 4 pm to 9 pm.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday January 16th, 2025 at 11:00 am at St-Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, and thence, to the Notre-Dame-de-L'Espérance Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital Général Juif de Montréal for their wonderful support and care.
