Helen Wierzbicka 1926-2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Madame Helena Wierzbicka, on July 19, 2023, at the age of 96.
Beloved wife for 57 years of Stanislaw Zablocki, cherished mother of Ursula (Stanley), Jozef (Aniela), Mary (Fortunato), and Steven (Caterina) devoted grandmother of Leslie (Julia), Donna (Dexter), Mark (Anna), Jennifer (Rodrigo), Vanessa, Christina, Danielle, Melissa, Nicole and devoted great-grand-mother to Milena, Alex, Liam, Tristan and Harley. She will also be deeply missed by many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on  Sunday, July 23, 2023 from 2 pm to 6 pm  at  Yves Legare Funeral Home, 14370, Boul. Pierrefonds, Pierrefonds, QC, H9H 4R7.
A funeral service will be held on Monday July 24, 2023 at 11:00 am at John Paul II Church - Lachine Church, and then, to the Lakeview Garden Cemetery at 12:30 PM.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital Général du Lakeshore for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and stroke foundation would be appreciated.
