Epaminondas Giannopoulos 1935-2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Epaminondas Giannopoulos, on April 11, 2024, at the age of 88.

Beloved husband of Maria (Katsaru) Giannopoulos, cherished father of Panagiotis and George (Polly), devoted grandfather of Damianos, Notis, and Gabriel. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings Panagiota (Georgios Tsatas), Christinas Mougios, and Dimitrios (Yianna) Giannopoulos, his in-laws Panagiotis (Yianna) Katsaros, and George Beccas as well as many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Monday, April 15, 2024 from 4 pm to 8 pm.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday April 16, 2024 at 10:00 am at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox, and thence, to the Notre-Dame-de-L'Espérance Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital du Sacré-Coeur de Montréal for their wonderful support and care.
