Eleanor Mae Larsen (Lawlor) 1938-2024

Surrounded by her children and family, mom passed away peacefully at the age of 85.

She is survived by daughters Wendy (granddaughters, Takisha, Kyra); Krista (grandson, Jack); and son, Blaine (Catherine) ( grandsons, Lynden and Kieran); brothers Mark and Gary (Lawlor); sister Margaret Mary ( Daley) goddaughter Paula, dear and close cousin Ina (Somers); longtime best friend Bernice Piche,and many wonderful neices and nephews

Born in Nelson Miramichi, NB to Mark and Mary Lawlor, mom attended St. Michael's Teachers College (Chatham. NB) and moved to Verdun, QC where she taught school at St Willibroads Elementary and St Thomas More, where she retired in 1998.

She is pre-deceased by brothers John, Tommy, Leo, sisters Monica (Hong), Norma (Somers) Wilma (Colford) and grandson, Jonah (Perry)

Family would like to express our gratitude to the physicians, nurses and staff at CIUSSS Réal-Morel for the care mom received in the last years of her life.

Funeral Services arranged by Yves Legare Complex, 7200 Newman Blvd.

Celebration of life/visitation on Wednesday Jan 17 3pm -5pm  7pm -9pm; funeral service on Thursday Jan 18 at 11am with reception to follow.
