Christos Aliferis 1951-2024

 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Christos Aliferis, on June 20, 2024, at the age of 73.

Beloved husband of Dimitra Vanikiotis, cherished father of Vassiliki (Tony Sagris), Konstantinos (Dimitra), Eleni and pre-deceased by Maria Aliferis. Devoted grandfather of Fotios, Christina, Anastasia, Sofia and Christina. And by his brother-in-law Leonidas (Erieta) and his sister-in-law Maria (Konstantinos) and many relatives and friends here and in Greece.

The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Complexe Funeraire Yves Légaré Laval.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday June 26, 2024 at 10:00 am at St.Nicholas Church, 3780, ch du Souvenir, and thence, to the Notre-Dame de L'Espérance Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital Général Juif de Montréal for their wonderful support and care.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Kidney Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
