It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Brian Steven Grechuk, on May 13, 2024, at the age of 66.
Beloved husband of Sylvia Agg, cherished father of Melanie (Mark Conteduca) and Lindsay, devoted grandfather of Lorenzo. He will also be deeply missed by his sister Anna (Don Roy), sister-in-law Elizabeth (Bernard McDonell) and nieces and nephews along with many relatives and friends.
Brian was a very loving father who was always there for his children. His joy in life was spending time with his family and friends. He loved taking care of his home and doing his favourite activities which were gardening, cycling, and golfing.
He will be greatly missed.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 2pm to 5pm and from 7pm to 9pm at the Yves Légaré Complex in Lasalle, 7200 Newman Blvd.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday May 23, 2024 at 11am at St. John Brebeuf Parish, 7777 Rue George, Lasalle, QC H8P 1C8, immediately followed by a reception in the parish hall. The burial will be held at 3pm at the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be appreciated.
