Amalia Zogos 1932-2024

 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother on October 25th 2024 at the age of 92. She was pre deceased by her husband, Emmanuel Papamikidis.

Born in Lefkafa, Greece and emigrated with her husband and young children to Montreal in the early 60s.

She leaves behind her children Nick (Mona) and George (Vickie) and her grandchildren Vanessa and Amanda.

She lived a long life surrounded with love by family and close friends and will be greatly missed. May her memory be eternal.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday, November 3, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 8h00 pm at Complexe Yves Légaré Laval.

A funeral service will be held on Monday November 4, 2024 at 11:00 am at St-Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, and thence, to the Ste-Dorothee Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the caregivers and nurses at the Centre d'hébergement Champlain-de-St-François for their wonderful support and care.
