It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dearest mom, Mrs. Shirley Duplessis (née Batten), on August 3, 2023, at the age of 92.
Beloved wife of the late Mr. Arthur Duplessis, cherished mother of the late Bruce, Wayne, Glenn (Carol) and Nancy (Robert), devoted grandmother of Lindsay (Lachlan), Matthew, Eric and Stephanie (Derek). She will also be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews, and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 3 pm to 6h30 pm at the LaSalle Complex: 7200, Boul. Newman, H8N 1X2
A celebration of life will be held the same day at 6:30 pm in the chapel of the complex.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the caring staff at the Centre d'hébergement Manoir-de-Verdun for their wonderful support and care.
A donation to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated.
