Alina Maria Melo De Sousa 1931-2024

 

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Alina Maria Melo De Sousa, on December 15, 2024, at the age of 93.

Beloved wife of the late Mr.Manual De Sousa, cherished father of Rui (Leonor), devoted grandmother of Chelsea (Mathieu) and Stacey Ann (Justin). She will also be deeply missed by her great-grandchildren Sienna, Jaxson, Colton and Grayson, her sister Aida and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 4 pm to 9 pm, and Friday, January 10, 2025 as of 8:30 am at Complexe Funéraire Yves Légaré Laval.

A funeral service will be held on Friday January 10, 2025 at 10 am at Notre-Dame de Fatima Church, 1815 rue Favreau, and thence, to the Mausolée Du Ruisseau Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Manoir St-Patrice for their wonderful support and care.
