It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved, Susan Walker on April 19th, 2024. Susan was pre-deceased by her loving parents Arnott and Kathleen Walker, and by her devoted brothers Desmond and Wayne Walker. Susan will be deeply missed by her nephews Cory(Tanya) and Russell(Carla). Cherished great-aunt to Nicholas and Justin.
Family and friends will find solace in the many joyful memories she left behind. She was a woman of simple tastes but profound impact, someone who found happiness in the everyday and shared that joy with everyone around her.
The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at the Oncology Department at the McGill University Health Centre and The Champlain Residential Centre in Verdun for their support and great care shown during Susan's last days.
At Susan's request, there will not be a funeral. A Celebration of Life will be held later this summer.
