It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs.Phyllis Petronis Jakubonis, on February 15, 2024, at the age of 80.
Beloved wife of the late Charles Jakubonis, cherished mother of Karen and Lorinda (Gino). She will also be deeply missed by her sister Vida (late Peter) and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Lachine Hospital especially the Palliative Care unit for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Lachine Hospital Foundation or Share the Warmth Association would be appreciated.
