It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs.Velia Licursi Ottaviano, on April 18, 2025, at the age of 90.
Beloved mother of Fulvio, Claudia, Silvia and Olga, and devoted grandmother of Laura, Diana, Marco, Christina and Alex. She will also be deeply missed by her great-granddaughter Cecilia, her sister Peppina Licursi Peta and many relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 3 pm to 9 pm, and Thursday, May 1, 2025 as of 9:30 am.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday May 1, 2025 at 10:30 am at Complexe LaSalle - Chapelle Church, 7200, boul. Newman, within the funeral home premises. Some time for mingling will be available after the service until we leave at 1PM to the Montréal - Cimetière Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Maison de soins palliatifs Teresa Dellar for their wonderful support and care.
A special thanks to Patrick and Mahi at the Senior Residence of Chateau Dollard for taking her under their wing and making her stay an enjoyable one.
