It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Stefanos Makridis, on March 8, 2025, at the age of 80.

Beloved husband of Mary Vatakis Makridis, cherished father of Pantelis (Georgia) and Amalia (George), devoted grandfather of Costa, Maria, Pamela, Angela and Stefano. He will also be deeply missed by his sister Eleni Makridis Sigounis, his in-laws Despina (Kosta), Evangelia (Georgios) and Lemonia as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday March 13, 2025 at 11:30 am at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
