It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Sotiris Kiritsis, on June 15, 2025, at the age of 91.
Beloved husband of Mrs. Afroditi Gianokosta, cherished father of Vasso (Henri) and Olga (Nick) , devoted grandfather of Evdokia, Afroditi, Georgia and Chloe Evangeline. He will also be deeply missed by his brothers Leonidas (Irene) and Dimitri (Froso), his sister-in-law Maritsa and many relatives and friends in Canada and Greece.
The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at Complexe Yvees Légaré Laval.
A funeral service/prayer meeting will be held on Thursday June 19, 2025 at 10:00 am at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 3780 Chem. du Souvenir, and thence, to the St-Martin Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital Cité-de-la-Santé for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers a donation to the Ladies Philoptochos of St-Nicholas would be appreciated.
It is no longer possible to buy flowers for this deceased.
