In Loving Memory of Michelina Frascione
April 7, 1966 - November 14, 2025
With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of Michelina Frascione, who left this world after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 59.
Michelina was a beloved daughter to Francesca and is now reunited with her father Carmine, whom she adored. She was a devoted sister to Pino (Sabrina) and Gerri (predeceased by John), and a deeply loving aunt to David (Vanessa), Matthew, Sarah, and Kayla. She also leaves behind many cherished aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, whom she loved dearly. She was also cherished by her second family at Savoie Residence, which was her second home for 25 wonderful years.
Michelina offered the world many gifts. She lived with a strength and sweetness that made her shine in her own unforgettable way. She was a beautiful artist, using her paintings to express what words couldn't, her joy, her love, and the colorful way she saw the world. She celebrated life in ways that were entirely her own.
Her life was full of gratitude, and she found joy in each day, even in the smallest moments. She found joy in being outside, in painting and playing trouble with her brother, sister, nieces, and nephews. She remembered every single birthday, always making others feel special. In her gentle way, she showed the world how to slow down, to appreciate the simple beauties of everyday life. Her love was immediate, instinctive, infinite, pure and unmeasured. It was the kind of love that heals, that stays, and that shines through everything she did.
Every person who knew Michelina carries a color she added to their life, something bright, gentle, and unforgettable. She had a special way of showing love, often simply by extending her hand, offering a connection, warmth, and care in the most genuine way. Though she is now painting in Heaven, the artwork she created here on Earth, through her love, her joy, her purity, and her beautiful soul, will remain with us forever. Her memory will live on in the kindness she inspired, the laughter she brought, and the love she shared so freely and honestly with everyone who crossed her path.
The greatest gift she ever gave us was her very life.

The family will receive condolences on November 24, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Yves Légaré Funeral Complex 7200 Newman Blvd. LaSalle.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of the same funeral complex, followed by an entombment at 2:15 p.m. at Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery,4601 Côte-des-Neiges Road Montréal (Quebec) H3V 1E7, Canada.
The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the CHUM and the Champlain Palliative Care Center for their exceptional care, support, and dedication.
