It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Maria Foglietta on January 15, 2026, at the age of 94.
She was the beloved wife for 62 years of the late Isidoro Foglietta; a cherished mother of Gabriel (Lucie) and Roberto (Maria); and a devoted grandmother of Marie-Christine (Alexandre), Andréanne (François), Sofia, and Matteo. She will also be deeply missed by her great-grandson, Benjamin; her two sisters-in-law and brother-in-law; as well as her many nephews, nieces, and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, January 23, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Yves Légaré Funeral Complex LaSalle, located at 7200 boul. Newman. LaSalle (MTL)
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 24, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint John Bosco Church, 2510 rue Springland, Montreal and thence to the Notre-Dame-des-Neiges Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the Dre Roy and nurses at Verdun Hospital for their wonderful support and care.
