It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Georgios Asimacopoulos, on January 22, 2026, at the age of 92.

Beloved husband of Giannoula (Anna) Asimacopoulos (née Theoharis). Loving father of Christina (Peter Georgitsos) and Greg. Cherished grandfather of Steven (Luisa), George (Katerine), George and Demi. Adoring great grandfather of Lucas, James and Anthony. He will also be deeply missed by many other relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026 at 10:30 am at St. Nicholas Church, 3780, ch du Souvenir, Laval, QC, H7V 1Y3.

Those who would like to honour his memory may do so with flowers or a donation to Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF).
