It is with a broken heart that we announce the passing of Mr. Elvio Forte, on December 7, 2025, at the age of 62. A true angel on this earth, he cared for everyone around him with endless generosity, kindness and a heart of gold. His laughter filled our days, his joy lit up every room, and his love will remain with us always.
He will be deeply missed by his life partner, Rosilde D'Arienzo, and lovingly remembered as a stepfather to Kristine (Mike), Tessa (Daniel), and Jenna. He was a devoted grandfather to Mikaela, Gabriela, Giada, and Dario who were his world. He leaves behind his father, Giuseppe, and is reunited in eternal rest with his late mother, Vincenza. He will be greatly missed by numerous friends and family members.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, December 19, 2025 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Yves Légaré funeral complex : 7200, Newman Bldv, LaSalle.
A funeral service be held on Saturday December 20, 2025 at 11:00 am at Santa-Monica Church : 6405, rue de Terrebonne, Montréal H4B 1A8
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the ICU teams at both the LaSalle General hospital and the CHUM for their exceptional support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
