In Loving Memory of Pappy Daye
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Pappy Daye (Edwin Benjamin Daye), who left us peacefully on April 6th, 2025, at the age of 83, surrounded by his loving family in his final moments.
Pappy Daye was a man of immense love, devoted to his family and cherishing every moment spent with those he held dear. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and unwavering affection that will live on in all of us.
We bid farewell to Pappy Daye, Pops, Eric, Edwin, by honoring his life and memory. We also lovingly remember his beautiful daughter Carolyne, who will forever be his baby. It brings us comfort to commemorate them together, united in eternal peace.
To better describe the gentle soul that he was, we turn to the words of Matthew 19:14:
“Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered.
