Romanese, Doris - April 19, 1960 - December 30, 2025.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Doris Romanese at the age of 65, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Beloved wife for 39 years of John Konopa, and cherished mother of Tanya Konopa. She will also be deeply missed by her mother, Angelina Romanese, her siblings (and their spouses) Gino (Anna), Valentina (Tony), Lucia (Ed) and Lisa (Nick), her sister-in-law, Krystyna (David) and all her nieces and nephews as well as all her other relatives and friends.
The family will receive condolences on Saturday, January 17, 2026 from 2:30pm to 6:30pm at Yves Légaré, 1350, autoroute Chomedey, Laval (Québec) H7X 3W9.
A funeral service/prayer meeting will be held at 6:30pm.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at Hôpital de la Cité-de-la-Santé and Hôpital Maisonneuve-Rosemont for their dedicated care and support.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
