It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Miss.Dionissia (Denise) Mataragas, on October 30, 2025, at the tender age of 34.
Cherished daughter of Toula and Panagiotis, loving sister of Maria (George) and Nancy (Jules). She will also be deeply missed by her nieces and nephews Alexandros, Kiki,Sofia,Nicolas and Juliana. She also leaves in mourning her partner Sasha and her beloved dog Mr.Pickles, as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins and many relatives and friends from here and in Greece.
The family will receive condolences on Monday, November 3, 2025 from 5pm to 9pm Yves Legare Funeral Complexe, 1350 Autoroute 13, Laval.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday November 4, 2025 at 10:00 am at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church, 4865 Chem. du Souvenir, and thence, to the Notre-Dame-de-L'Espérance Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital Royal Victoria for their wonderful support and care.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation would be appreciated.
