Antonia Maria D Amico passed away peacefully on January 27, 2026. She was born on June 10, 1935, in Pietracatella, Campobasso, Italy.

In 1959, Maria immigrated to Montreal, where she built a life rooted in hard work, resilience, and devotion to family. In April 1963, she married her beloved husband, Antonio Maselli, who predeceased her. Together, they created a home filled with love, dedication, and strong family values.

Maria was a hardworking woman, a devoted mother, a loving grandmother, and a cherished aunt. Her family was always her priority. One of her great passions was sewing-she took pride and joy in making dresses for herself and for others, a talent that reflected both her creativity and generosity.

She is survived by her son, Mario (Ibolya), her daughter, Mena (Lino), and her beloved granddaughters, Melina and Daniela.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Antonio Maselli; her brothers Matteo, Antonio, and Donato; her brother-in-law Pasquale; and her sisters-in-law Nicolina and Eugenia. She is survived by her sister-in-law Paola, wife of the late Donato, and by her sisters Pina (wife of the late Pasquale) and Carmelina.

Funeral services will take place at Missione Madre dei Cristiani Church on Friday, January 30, at 11:00 a.m., followed by burial at Rideau Memorial Gardens, Dollard-des-Ormeaux.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
