It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Madame Maria Margarida Medeiros, on April 25, 2025, at the age of 77.

Beloved wife for 55 years of Aires Medeiros, cherished mother of Patricia (Paul), Paula, Teresa (Mike), devoted grandmother of Evan, Victoria, Lucas, Kevin, Marisa, Edward. She will also be deeply missed by her great-grandson Liam, brothers/sisters Ana Maria, José Antonio (Trindade), Maria Dos Angos (Gilberto), Fernando (Idalina) and many relatives and friends.

The family will receive condolences on Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm, and Thursday, May 1, 2025 as of 9:00 am at : the funeral home Yves Légaré

A funeral prayer meeting will be held on Thursday May 1, 2025 at 11:00 am at Mission-Notre-Dame De Fatima Church, 1815 rue Favreau, and thence, to the Cimetière Papineau Cemetery.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the Hôpital Cité-de-la-Santé for their wonderful support and care.
