It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mrs. Eleni Pappas Stamatopoulos, on June 28th 2025, at the age of 71.
Beloved wife of Dimitrios Stamatopoulos, cherished mother of Galani (Harilaos) Kollias, Athena Stamatopoulos & Panagiotis (Varsha) Stamatopoulos. Devoted grandmother of Spiros, Demetrios, Konstantinos, Anjali, Melina, Haralambos, Panagiotis, Dimitrios and Zara.
She will also be deeply missed by her sisters Ekaterini Koufou, Georgia Strifas, Maria (Sotirios) Bardi, Panagiota (Ioannis) Lambros, Frederiki (Ioannis) Petropoulos. Her sisters-in-law Panagiota Pappas, Georgia Pappas, Constantina Stamatopoulou, her brothers-in-law, Marinos (Chryssoula) Stamatopoulos, George Stamatopoulos, her nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and many relatives and friends from Canada, USA and Greece.
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Montreal Neurological Hospital (stroke unit) would be appreciated.
The family will receive condolences on July 3rd, 2025 from 4 to 9 PM at Complexe Funérailles Yves Légaré (1350 Autoroute Chomedey Ouest, Laval).
The funeral service will be held on July 4th, 2025 at 11 AM at St-Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (3780 Souvenir, Chomedey Laval).
It is no longer possible to buy flowers for this deceased.
