Adelina Archina Mancuso, age 93, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025.
She was the devoted wife of the late Antonio Mancuso, with whom she shared 63 beautiful years of marriage until his passing in 2014. Together, they built a life grounded in love, faith, and family. Adelina also carried the memory of her beloved daughter, Maria-Grazie, who passed away at the tender age of three in 1957-a loss she bore with quiet strength and enduring grace.
Cherished mother of Carmine (Lorraine), Domenic (Annette), and Yolanda (Craig), Adelina was the heart of a large and loving family. She will be deeply missed by her grandchildren: Vanessa (David), Corey (Ariane), Andrew (Giannina), Jason (Valeriia), Jasmine (Josh), and Noah; and by her great-grandchildren: Stefano, Elissa, Alessio, Luna, and Nico. Her memory will also be treasured by many relatives and friends whose lives she touched with her kindness and strength.
Adelina’s life was deeply rooted in her faith. She loved Jesus with all her heart and lived each day with grace, humility, and unwavering devotion. Her strong belief in God was a guiding light for her family and all who knew her, offering comfort, strength, and inspiration.
Adelina was a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who was recognized for her involvement in cooking and sewing. Her work in the kitchen and at the sewing machine contributed to shared experiences within her family and church community.
The family will receive condolences on Monday, July 14, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Complexe Funéraire Angrignon Yves Légaré, 7200 Newman Blvd, LaSalle, Quebec, H8N 1X2.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral complex, and thence to the Côte-des-Neiges Cemetery for interment.
Adelina’s legacy is one of love, resilience, and devotion to family. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed.
