The Lord called his good and faithful servant, Diemer DeVries, home after a long and blessed life. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Elisabeth (Bep) Snaterse in 2015. His children Alice(Christian), Frank (Joan), Peter and Randy (Barbara), will miss him very much, as will his grandchildren Nathalie (Arnaud), Eric (Marjorie), Patrick (Sarah Jane), Caroline (Nicolas), Kelly (Larae), Jenina (Jon), Jonathan (d 1992), Reuben (Melissa), Taylor (Bryan), Justin and 14 great grandchildren.

Les condoléances à la famille
We first met Mr. and Mrs. Devries some 20 years ago at Peoples Church of Montreal. We always found them to be such pleasant and warm people. We will remember Mr. Devries as a kindhearted and a generous brother in Christ, a model of gentleness toward everyone he met. May the Lord comfort every member of his large family.
