Andrzej Haba 1956-2023

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Andrzej Haba, on July 3, 2023, at the age of 66.

Beloved husband for 40 years of Zofia Barbara Chwalek, cherished father of Ania (Damian). He will also be deeply missed by his mother Irena, his sisters Ewa (Leszek) and Halina and many relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday July 8, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Holy Trinity (Polish) Church, 1660, rue Centre.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and nurses at the CHUM - Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal for their wonderful support and care.

Flowers can be sent to the family directly to the church or a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
